Within Germany & within the EU, shipping takes 2-4 business days as standard.

Prices on the website are exclusive of shipping costs.

For shipping to EU countries the costs vary. They are charged country-specifically and calculated at check-out.

We are happy to ship your purchases to Austria as well.

Shipping to Switzerland is currently not yet carried out.

- We offer our customers a 14-day return policy (refund full purchase price).

- The cost of returning the product is to be paid by the customer (approx. 15 €)

- Just send the product to our return address

- Make sure that the product is securely packed

- Upon receipt of the undamaged product, we will refund the full purchase price to you
